Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Ecology Supplies USA LLC Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering for the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • To participate, you must provide accurate information, including an active PayPal email address for payments.
  • Ecology Supplies USA LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn a 10% commission on qualifying sales of all products except the following:
    • Museum-grade Drawers, which are currently excluded from commission.
  • Commissions are calculated on the product subtotal only, excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts.
  • If a customer cancels, requests a refund, or a chargeback occurs, commissions for that transaction will be void.
  • We may withhold or reverse commissions if we determine, at our discretion, that sales are fraudulent, generated through prohibited practices, or violate these Terms.

3. Tracking & Cookies

  • Referrals are tracked via browser cookies that last for 30 days.
  • If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, the sale will be credited to you.
  • Only one affiliate can receive credit per order (the most recent referral link clicked will receive credit).
  • Ecology Supplies USA LLC is not responsible for failed tracking due to ad blockers, user device settings, or cookie deletion.

4. Payment Terms

  • Commissions become eligible for payout 45 days after the sale date, provided the order has not been refunded or canceled.
  • Payments are issued monthly, with a minimum payout threshold of $10. Balances below $10 will roll over to the following month.
  • All payouts are sent via PayPal to the email provided during registration. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure their PayPal account is active and able to receive funds. If you need to change your email associated with your account it is your responsibility to email us at [email protected] to update your payment email.
  • If we are unable to remit payment for six consecutive months due to invalid or inactive account information, your balance may be forfeited.

5. Responsibilities of Affiliates

  • Use their own affiliate links for personal purchases.
  • Use paid search ads, PPC campaigns, or domain names that bid on or include Ecology Supplies USA LLC trademarks or confusingly similar variations.
  • Use coupons, discounts, or promotional codes not explicitly provided by Ecology Supplies USA LLC.
  • Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) or promote affiliate links through misleading or deceptive practices.
  • Make false claims, misrepresent products, or imply affiliation/endorsement beyond the scope of this Program.

6. Compliance & Responsibility

  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC endorsement guidelines, advertising standards, and data protection laws.
  • Affiliates are responsible for disclosing their affiliate relationship clearly on any website, social media, or promotional material (e.g., “As an affiliate, I may earn commissions on qualifying purchases”).
  • Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ecology Supplies USA LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their participation in the Program.
  • Affiliates may not register or use domain names, social handles, or advertising keywords that contain Ecology Supplies USA LLC or its trademarks.

7. Program Changes & Termination

  • Ecology Supplies USA LLC reserves the right to modify commission rates, payment terms, or any aspect of the Program at any time, with or without notice.
  • We may terminate your participation in the Program immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, misuse affiliate links, or harm our reputation.
  • Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
  • Upon termination, all unpaid commissions below the payout threshold are forfeited.
  • Affiliates may be removed from the Program at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of affiliate links.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Ecology Supplies USA LLC makes no guarantees regarding the Program’s performance or your earnings.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.
  • Our total liability arising from this Program will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the prior 12 months.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey, USA.
