General Product Information – Aspirator Filter
This important safety device should be used by all those who collect specimens with inhaling-type aspirators. The filter disk provides protection from particulate matter, filtering molds, pollens, dust, and other potential health hazards. Filter connections accommodate latex tubing that comes with our manual insect aspirators. While the filter is not HEPA grade, it blocks a great deal of particulate matter.
Features:
Ultra-Fine Filtration: Filters particles down to 0.5 microns with 99.99% efficiency, ensuring maximum protection from dust, dirt, and other harmful contaminants.
Optimized Round Design: The unique round filter offers increased surface area for better airflow and longer filter life, outperforming standard flat filters.
Easy Connectivity: Equipped with 5/16″ barbed fittings, the filter integrates smoothly with most standard air lines and soft tubing used in insect aspirators.
Field-Ready & Reliable: Lightweight, compact, and built for repeated use in both outdoor and lab settings.
Ideal for insect collection, delicate specimen handling, and research work requiring clean air intake, our Aspirator Filter keeps your collections pure and your process safe.
