Refund Policy
Sometimes you change your mind about something or needed a different size. We totally get that! If that’s the case, you might be looking to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase. Returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.

- Order Date
- Order ID
- Product Name
- Reason for Return
Depending on the quantity and size of the items, some returns will be subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Additionally, the refund amount will depend on the condition of returned item after inspection (items with signs of previous use can be subject to a partial refund) and shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund amount.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Notification
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
