We had such a great time in Portland, OR for the annual Entomological Collections Network and Ecological Society of America meetings! Thanks to EVERYONE that stopped by the booth, whether it was to purchase merch, pick up a magnet, or just say hello. We appreciate the support!

Our favorite highlights from Portland:

  • Seeing the positive reception for our 2025 merch line named “The Dispersers“! It was great to see everyone walking around the exhibit hall in our matching shirts.
  • Hosting the new competition “The Pin DOWN“, congrats again to our winners and thank you to all 20 of our participants! It was a packed house and we can’t wait to bring the competition to Columbus, Ohio for #EntSoc26!

This year, we are running our first ever online sale. Almost all products are discounted as much as 50% throughout our website, starting Black Friday (Nov. 28) through Cyber Monday (Dec. 1). This will be a limited sale only on our website, and please note products may have a limited quantity per person and tiered discounts will not apply.

To assist you with your holiday shopping for the entomologists in your life, we have our 2025 Entomology Gift Guide coming out later this week, so be on the lookout!

As the year comes to a close and we reflect on 2025, we can’t help but feel enormously grateful. The year started off uncertain with the unpredictable tariff landscape, and as small business that sources products all over the globe, it was scary. But a true constant has been our amazing customers. We appreciate all of the grace and patience shown to us, it really helped us get through the year. Happy Holidays and we can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store!
